Join us September 21–25 for Senior Health & Wellness Week at The Brainerd Center!
Throughout the week, we'll celebrate healthy, active aging with fitness classes, educational presentations, hands-on activities, and opportunities to experience many of the programs that make The Center such a vibrant community gathering place.
Each day highlights activities already offered at The Center, including:

- Bone Builders
- Toymakers
- Quilt Makers
- And more + the chance to hear amazing speakers on relevant topics!
