"Sending Love" Valentine's Day Project

Need a creative date idea for yourself, the gal pals, or with your special someone? Plan a special night with us at Kicks, located next to the Yellow House. For this special Valentine’s Day event, we’ve added an optional ticket for couples who may want to work on one project together and are pulling out all the stops to make this a memorable night. Now, we can’t lower the lights for obvious reasons, but expect a creatively romantic atmosphere, including music, appetizers, and a special sweet treat just for you. When you leave, you’ll have completed a work of art full of memories and great photos to share. This is a paint and sip event! As usual, coffee, hot chocolate, and a variety of hot tea is available. You are welcome to bring your own favorite beverage/wine and appetizers. Plan for at least 3 hours of creativity, fun and quality time! After a memorable late afternoon with us, take the rest of the evening for dinner, dessert and drinks at any of beautiful Crosslake’s venues! (not included in our package) Don’t wait to sign up to save your spot! 

Project Description: We take you step by step through the process, starting with a basic outline of the mailbox. We use acrylic paint and heart-shaped hole punches to add a variety of paper hearts and a template to cut out an envelope with your choice of paper. Choose your own colors/designs/sizes to send your hearts flying through the wind! You have the freedom to be creative and add your own touch. Completed on a 12×16 stretch canvas.
