Gather your team, friends, family and join us for our most popular networking event, Business After Hours, hosted by Radtke Service & Quality Fabricating at Radtke Service located south of Brainerd on Hwy 25 on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, from 4:30 - 6:00PM. Guests will enjoy this highly popular networking event by mixing with other Chamber members, a variety of delicious appetizers (pulled pork sliders, potato salad, veggies and bars), beverages (beer, seltzer, pop and water), chances for prizes, and learning more about these businesses from Giles Radtke, Owner of both businesses, and Jeremy Whipple, Quality Fabricating Shop Manager, during their interview with Matt Kilian, Brainerd Lakes Chamber President, as part of this free business networking social event.

Guests are encouraged to stay until the end for a chance to win fabulous prizes provided by the host and attendees!

  • 4:30-5:20 PM: Network, appetizers, beverages, self guided tours of the office space to see projects that Quality Fabricating has created

  • 5:30-5:50 PM: Host interview
  • 5:50-6:00 PM: Drawings for door prizes (must be present to win)

Everyone is invited to learn more about the Chamber and gain exposure for their business by attending this free networking event. Business After Hours attendees pass the microphone and introduce themselves to the group, so bring your business cards and get ready to network! Attendees are also encouraged to bring door prizes.

MEET THE HOSTS!

Radtke Service originated in 2011 with their main focus being large scale dairy farms. Transitioning to man camp construction during the oil boom peak, they then ventured into a crude oil loading facility. This led them to follow pipeline construction, engaging in electrical and mechanical work on various projects including tank farms, rail load out facilities, central tank batteries, valve setting, LACT unit installations, well connect installations, fiber networking, control wiring, county shops, administration buildings, hospital additions, hangers, solar installations, and ferrours/non-ferrours recycling facilities. Their growth has enabled their team to be diversified in all types of projects and to persevere.
 

Quality Fabricating is a fabricating and welding manufacturer located in Emily that specializes in custom residential and commercial grade orders. The fabricate anything from a small part to structural assemblies to large vacuum tanks. You design it, they build it.
