This position's responsibilities include greeting and communicating with customers by phone, chat, email, and in-person, assisting with various inquiries regarding services and billing, as well as taking credit card payments, emailing and mailing invoices and receipts, contacting potential customers who have requested information, booking estimates for the appropriate sales staff, and making scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction. Other duties include standard office cleaning and stocking, scanning and filing job forms and customer information, and assisting with various administrative tasks, including generating accounts receivable letters, statements, and making payment reminder calls.
Customer focus and a friendly demeanor is important for this role, as well as excellent verbal and written communication. Punctuality and regular attendance are required.
Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Wages start at $17 per hour.
This is a seasonal position, though the season does not have a set start and end date– though we offer many services through our family of companies, our crews work exclusively on exteriors, so we're very weather-dependent!
