The Branch Manager II is directly responsible for the overall management of two branch locations. Areas include sales and customer experience, retail banking functions, including lending and depository products, teller line oversight, leadership and people management, expense control, community leadership, and meeting financial and compliance standards. The manager assures compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal banking regulations.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of five years of customer service experience with some level of supervisory experience.
- Banking experience is preferred.
- Possess thorough knowledge of retail banking products, services, policies, and guidelines.
- Ability to gather information, weigh alternatives, and make confident decisions promptly.
- Proficient knowledge of systems supporting branch operations, e.g., security equipment, computer systems, ATM, etc.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

The full-time annualized starting salary range for this position is $63,700 - $95,500, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
