A local events and activities company in the Brainerd Lakes area is looking to hire a Production Specialist.
A successful candidate must have a love for detailed organisation; cleaning and positive visibility of the community grounds for patrons and clients.
Roles and Expectations
- Work with venue specialists and sales teammates to plan events; layouts, cleaning, furniture needs,
- Set up and tear down of room layouts; rentals; unloading and loading trailers,
- Operate a forklift or boom lift to hang drapery; install lighting, etc
- Communicate any upkeep and maintenance of the venues to the needed team
- Lead the Production crew
- Must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- This role spends the entire work day on their feet performing physical work hauling, lifting, cleaning and operating in large spaces
Compensation:
- $18
- Must be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule
