We are thrilled to invite you to an inspiring discussion presented by American Peat Technology (APT), featuring dynamic women leaders from across Minnesota.Women leaders play a vital role in fostering innovation, driving financial success, and promoting greater gender equality in workplaces. Their diverse perspectives enhance problem-solving and serve as powerful role models, inspiring others to pursue leadership opportunities.This event will celebrate the unique journeys, challenges, and contributions of women in our community, focusing on balancing work and personal life in rural settings. The event includes an empowering keynote address and a panel discussion with accomplished women leaders from the northern Minnesota region.Keynote Speaker:We are excited to welcome Renee Rongen, an award-winning speaker, humorist, storyteller, and author, known for her ability to inspire action through her no-nonsense insights and heartwarming humor. Renee has been featured in national publications such as Forbes and Fortune, and her book Fundamentally Female received national acclaim, earning a place among female Oscar nominees.Renee is also the founder of the Ultimate Pajama Party, which has donated over 1 million pairs of pajamas to domestic violence shelters and safe houses nationwide. In addition to her professional achievements, Renee has served on numerous boards, volunteered in hospice and prison ministry, and is passionate about the outdoors, family, and a good cup of coffee.
