Sharpen your leadership skills by joining the WAVE Young Professionals Network as they attend Leading the Lakes! Hosted by the Brainerd Lakes Chamber, this annual event brings together leaders from all over the Brainerd Lakes Area to participate in professional development, recharge their batteries, and network with the business community. This is a special opportunity for WAVE members to connect with senior leaders in our area.

This year’s event includes a superb keynote presentation by Greg Fine, “Superheroes Have Bad Days Too!” Engaging, interactive, and personal, this presentation dives into “impostor syndrome” and “superhero complex” and how these feelings can affect your role as a leader. This event will create a safe space for personal reflection, provide hope, and give attendees items they can put into action. Join us as we reconnect, rethink, and recharge.
