Join the WAVE Young Professionals Network for their December event, Goals at the Greater Lakes Area Realtors Association Education Room on Tuesday, December 9 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM!

Let’s Talk Goals. The Impossible Goal is more than a workshop. It’s a powerful re-entry point into who you are becoming.

If you attended last year’s event, this workshop will enhance your learning of Impossible Goals. If you are new to Impossible Goals – don’t worry – you’ll learn exactly what you need to in this reflective experience. The Impossible Goal series invites you to pause, realign, and name a bold future that feels deeply meaningful… and just beyond reach. It’s for those growing in their current roles, stepping into new ones, learning how to lead while still growing, juggling ambition with uncertainty, or quietly wondering: Is it okay to want more?

Workshop Session: The Impossible Goal

In this workshop, we move beyond traditional goal-setting models that prioritize control, certainty, and hustle. Instead, we introduce a more spacious, identity-based approach - one that honors intuition, values, and the messy, beautiful middle of transformation. Impossible goals are not about achievement for achievement’s sake. They are about becoming the kind of person who dares to live into a future that feels worthy, even if the steps aren’t fully clear.

Through Guided Reflection, Mindset Coaching, and Identity-Aligned Action Planning Participants Will:

• Recognize and reframe limiting beliefs that keep goals small and safe
• Explore how our self-talk and internal narratives shape what we pursue
• Connect with a vision of a future self who is already living into possibility
• Name an “impossible” goal—one that stretches, stirs, and calls them forward
• Create a gentle, actionable path forward rooted in growth and self-trust

Meet Paula Chapulis
Owner of Aiyana Coaching and Blue Ox Business Academy Director at the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce!

Paula is a leadership coach, helping business executives unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. The founder of Aiyana Coaching, she offers transformational programs that are grounded in evidence-based strategies. With a holistic approach, Paula uses techniques that drive individual performance, addressing mental health concerns when needed. 

With a B.S. in psychology, extensive training, certification in coaching methodologies, and over 25 years of experience, Paula is a sought-after expert in the field of leadership and mental health coaching.

Passionate about relationships, Paula enjoys time with family and friends. Outside of work, she can be found hiking along Lake Superior, listening to live music, or visiting a unique coffee shop with a book in hand.

WAVE YPN is a NEW networking and professional development program for individuals aged 18-39 in the Brainerd Lakes Area. This program is organized by the Brainerd Lakes Chamber and led by a team of young individuals representing a wide variety of industries across our community.
