ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification

Description


A Certified Food Manager will be required in most Minnesota food establishments. Participants are trained and tested through the Service Serving Safe Food Certification course. Participants will learn about potentially hazardous foods and safe food handling practices, the HACCP system of food safety, setting up standards and completion upon passing the required exam.

This is a compressed, 1-day course with certification testing at the end of the class. This doesn't allow for extra study time, like the 3-day version. To increase your odds of success, the course book is available before the class begins. You may pick it up at the Administration front desk (Brainerd Campus) or by requesting it to be mailed to you.
