🌲As the busy holiday season rolls in, pause and drop into deep relaxation with our final, beginner-friendly workshop centered on soft, restorative somatic movement. ⭐Moving slowly and mindfully without worrying about steps or performance, you will release accumulated stress, sink into quiet body sensations, and experience dance as a practice for inner peace and grounded awareness. 🌊Please bring a yoga mat or Pilates mat so we can comfortably transition between floorwork and standing movement. (mats are available to borrow if needed! ) 🔔Come as you are, unwind, and leave feeling nourished and deeply at home in your body.
