Come and paint your own whimsical octopus, inspired by Marcellus, the beloved octopus character in Remarkably Bright Creatures.  Spend the afternoon with us enjoying the magic of water-mixable oil paint when used thinned over a black canvas. Bring your favorite beverage and snacks and we’ll have coffee and tea available. This is an independent event and not affiliated or endorsed by the book’s or film’s creators. Ages 16+ recommended

Project Description: We are using a 12×16 black canvas and outlining the octopus in chalk before painting step by step with water-mixable oil paint. You will be surprised how easy this paint is to blend! Prepare to leave with a sticky painting as this paint takes longer to dry.
