Lakewood + TCO: Free High School Sports Physicals

Lakewood Health System and Twin Cities Orthopedics are once again partnering to offer free sports physicals to students on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Appointments are available from 5 to 7 p.m. and will take approximately 10 minutes each. Appointments will take place at TCO Staples – Therapy, located at The Plaza (1210 US Hwy 10 E – Staples). 

Any student needing a provider-signed Minnesota State High School League form in order to participate in school sports is welcome to schedule an appointment. Slots are limited. Click HERE to register.
