Heated Salutations

Get ready to enjoy a 45 minute heated yoga class that focuses on sun salutations (Surya namaskar). Think Chatarangas, repetition, corework, and setting intention for the day. We'll salute the sun and gather the light's energy during this morning moving meditation. Bring a towel and expect to sweat! This class is heated to 90-95 degrees.
