Dragonfly over Monet's Pond

A blue dragonfly hovers over Monet’s pond in this 12×16 acrylic painting. Full disclosure, this painting did NOT start out intending to look like Monet’s pond, which is why there are grasses instead of lily pads.  However, the results inspired me (Sara) to teach this painting again with lily pads below instead of grasses.  If you are a fan of Monet’s work and enjoy our colorful dragonfly friends, this is the perfect painting to try. Join me in bringing the vision to fruition at this class while we create our own Monet-inspired work of art!
