Join 50+ local businesses and organizations for an evening of networking and holiday cheer, either as an attendee or exhibitor! Whether you're reconnecting with familiar faces or making brand-new connections, this event is the perfect way to kick off the season in style.

Boost your brand at the Business After Hours Holiday Extravaganza! This signature event draws more than 400 guests and gives you the opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, build brand awareness, and spread some holiday cheer in a lively, community-focused atmosphere. 

Business Booth: $450 (43 Available)
Non Profit Booth: $350 (8 Available)

All Exhibitor Booths Include: 

• One 6-foot skirted table 
• 2 chairs 
• 2 attendee tickets (includes appetizers!)
• Access to electricity 

Booth Details: 

• Additional Business Booths cost $400
• Exhibitors must provide their own extension cord
• Booth fee must be paid in full by December 5, otherwise you will be unable to participate

Silent Raffle Participation & Prizes

• Each exhibitor is required to contribute a raffle prize valued at $75–$100, 
• Your prize will be displayed at your booth and featured in our super popular silent raffle drawing!
• The Chamber will provide a receptacle for attendees to place their ticket in for a chance to win your prize! 
• Winning tickets will be drawn on Thursday, December 18
• Booth fee must be paid in full by December 5, otherwise you will be unable to participate

Serve Appetizers at Your Booth: $100

New this year! We’ve made offering food at the Holiday Extravaganza easier and more budget friendly. For just $100, exhibitors can have appetizers served right at their booth. Grand View Lodge will handle everything, including the food and service ware (outside food is not permitted).

All booths that participate will serve the same appetizer, and additional food stations will be placed throughout the venue to enhance the guest experience and keep energy high. It’s a simple, impactful way to draw more attendees to your space and make a great impression!
