Get ready to jumpstart your wellness with the WAVE Young Professionals Network on November 13 from 11AM to 1PM at Takedown Gym! Join us for a high-energy event where you’ll hear from an inspiring wellness panel while enjoying an acai bowl from Takedown’s snack bar. Attendees will get to participate in a 30-minute training session: choose from spin class, yoga, or pickleball when you register!

WAVE YPN is a NEW networking and professional development program for individuals aged 18-39 in the Brainerd Lakes Area. This program is organized by the Brainerd Lakes Chamber and led by a team of young individuals representing a wide variety of industries across our community.
