WAVE YPN: Setting Your Impossible Goal

Redefine goal setting with WAVE Young Professionals Network as we host our December monthly event. As you prepare for 2025, most likely you have a few dreams you consistently imagine obtaining. Goals that may seem too impossible to reach. You might want to switch careers, obtain that advanced degree, start a business, double your income, or buy a house (or two!), or pay off your mortgage.

Whatever your goals are, you may feel like it’s impossible to obtain them. And while it may feel that way, you can do it – but it takes effort and a map. Impossible goals are ideals you want to achieve, but they feel impossible to accomplish in the present moment. Whatever it is, it has to be a goal that you cannot fathom achieving. When you set an impossible goal, it means that you have to expand your horizons, thinking, and increase your motivation. It’s about going after something with a different mindset.

Bring your big dreams and we’ll roll up our sleeves in this workshop to build your map and understand who you need to become to accomplish your Impossible Goal! 

This event is FREE for Wave Members. Guests are $25. Due to limited seating, this event is limited to the first 38 individuals registered to attend. Registration deadline is 12PM, Tuesday, December 3rd.

Owner of Aiyana Coaching and Blue Ox Business Academy Director at the Brainerd Lakes Chamber of Commerce!

Paula is a leadership coach, helping business executives unlock their full potential and achieve their goals. The founder of Aiyana Coaching, she offers transformational programs that are grounded in evidence-based strategies. With a holistic approach, Paula uses techniques that drive individual performance, addressing mental health concerns when needed. 

With a B.S. in psychology, extensive training, certification in coaching methodologies, and over 25 years of experience, Paula is a sought-after expert in the field of leadership and mental health coaching.

Passionate about relationships, Paula enjoys time with family and friends. Outside of work, she can be found hiking along Lake Superior, listening to live music, or visiting a unique coffee shop with a book in hand.
