Join the WAVE Young Professionals Network for a pop-up event: A Night at the Opera, hosted by the Lakes Area Music Festival! Thanks to a partnership between LAMF (Lakes Area Music Festival) and WAVE, cost to attend is FREE for WAVE Members.
Registration is required – tickets will be reserved ONLY for those who are registered to attend. Register by August 1. Grab your free ticket from the box office upon arrival at the Gichi-Ziibi Center for the Arts. A block for WAVE has been reserved during the event so the group can enjoy the show together. About this Event
Whether you are a lifelong opera fan or just stepping into this world for the very first time, this is your chance to experience opera’s greatest moments all in one concert, featuring our cast of Resident Artists and the LAMF Symphony Orchestra.
Our Resident Artist Program provides singers early in their careers with mentorship and performance opportunities. These artists work one on one with our team of directors and coaches to hone their craft while participating in productions and performances alongside our roster of world-renowned principal singers.
Join the musicians for a post-concert Afterglow reception at Notch 8 at the Northern Pacific Center.
Cost
FREE to Wave Members. A free will donation to the Lakes Area Music Festival is encouraged.
Registration is required. Tickets will be reserved ONLY for those we are registered to attend. Registration deadline: August 1, 2024.
About Pop-Up Events
WAVE hosts occasional pop-up events, typically one per month. Pop-up events are causal get-togethers that include a fun, low (or no) cost activity. Meet other young individuals as we explore the Brainerd Lakes Area! No formal networking, handshaking, or business card exchanging required.
