As the seasons begin to change, take a little time to slow down, reset, and welcome fall with intention.
Join us for a peaceful Sound Bath experience, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. The gentle tones and frequencies can help encourage deep relaxation, quiet a busy mind, release tension, and create an overall sense of calm and balance.

Come as you are, get comfortable, close your eyes, and simply allow the sounds to wash over you.
$20 per person, bring a blanket, pillow, and yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
