This might be the cutest workout you’ll ever do. 🐾 Puppy or Kitten Mat Pilates is coming, and it’s exactly what it sounds like. 

Movement, mindfulness, and a whole lot of tiny paws running around! 

We’re partnering with Babinski Foundation to bring you a feel-good class where 50% of proceeds go directly to supporting local animals 🤍 

Babinski will bring along either a litter of kittens or a few sweet puppies depending on who's at the shelter! 

Come for the Pilates, stay for the snuggles.
