This upcoming event will highlight these chef collaborations, featuring culinary masters who have a long history together to deliver exceptional, one-of-a-kind dining experiences.
Welcome back Executive Chef Tim Fischer to Grand View Lodge where he started his professional career as Sous Chef and Roundsman. A St. Paul, Minnesota native, he partners with local farmers and purveyors - in addition to owning and operating Northern Foragers, his family run business providing Minnesota wilds-all to infuse his cuisine with the finest freshest local ingredients.
