Discover the Ageless Expo-an interactive and fun event designed exclusively for adults 45 and better. Immerse yourself in expert-led workshops, explore local vendors, demonstration, tours of the building, good food, and The Center’s famous donuts!

This event is FREE and open to the public. Sponsored by Vivie, Home Instead, Hubbard Media, Preferred Hearing, Essentia Health, and MMFCU, this long-standing annual event begins at 9:00 a.m. with Lauren Hurt from Vivie presenting The Myths of Aging. From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., explore exhibits hosted by local nonprofits, businesses, and community organizations dedicated to helping older adults live healthier, safer, and more independent lives. Attendees can take advantage of free blood pressure screenings, fall risk assessments, hearing tests, a dementia simulator, and much more. Throughout the morning, our presenters' room will feature informative sessions on topics including The Myths of Aging, legal resources for older adults with Karla Krueger from Minnesota Legal Aid, myths and facts about hospice, and in-home care options. From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., enjoy interactive demonstrations from the Brainerd Fire Department, Brainerd Police Department, North Ambulance, and the Crow Wing County Drone Team. Then stay for FREE Bingo from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., where you'll have the chance to win great door prizes! This event is FREE and open to the public.
