371/210 Overpass Project | Business Information June 4 Morning Session

Description
We strongly encourage Baxter business owners and leaders to attend one of two identical Hwy 371 overpass sessions in early June. This will be the most important opportunity yet to see MNDOT’s preferred design and provide direct feedback. Scheduled for 2028-29, this $58 million project may have both short-term and long-term implications for access, visibility and traffic flow near your business.
Morning Session: Wednesday, June 4 | 7:30 - 8:30 AM
Brainerd Lakes Chamber | CTC Room
An afternoon session will be held Tuesday, June 3 | 4:00 - 5:00 PM
If you have concerns or questions, now is the time to speak up—before final plans are locked in.

• Ask questions and voice concerns before plans are finalized.
• Help shape the outcome to support business access and visibility.
