Chris Close, owner and broker of Close Converse, brings over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in business brokerage and investment properties. A graduate of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, he holds three majors in Finance, Marketing, and Entrepreneurial Management, along with the prestigious CCIM designation. Recognized nationally as one of “30 Under 30” by Realtor Magazine and locally as Outstanding Young Citizen of the Year, Chris is a trusted expert in his field.
