Katelin Hohertz is the Executive Director and Co-Owner of Home Instead in the Brainerd Lakes Area, where she leads a team dedicated to Enhancing the Lives of Everyone We Encounter. With a master’s degree in clinical social work and a background in mental health, Katelin brings a people-centered perspective to leadership and business. She is passionate about building strong workplace cultures where people feel valued, understand their strengths, and are empowered to grow. Through her leadership at Home Instead, Katelin focuses on creating intentional systems, developing leaders, and building a culture that supports both the people being served and the team providing that service.
