Let's Jingle & Mingle during our 2024 Business After Hours Holiday Extravaganza at Town Hall of Madden's Resort on Tuesday, December 10, from 4:00 to 7:30 PM. Guests will enjoy mingling with 50+ area businesses and organizations, networking with old friends and new, savory appetizers, beverage samples, cash bars and jingling with chances to win prizes!

Cost to attend is $5 (all food and drink samples included). This event is open to the public, so bring a friend or coworker! Register in advance and pay online or choose to be invoiced. Or, pay at the door with cash or check. We can't wait to see you thee! 

Purchase raffle tickets $5/5, $10/15, or $20/30 for a chance to win 50+ fabulous prizes donated by the exhibitors! Place your tickets in the box next to the prize at each exhibitors' table. Winners will be drawn and announced on Wednesday, December 11. Winners will pick up their prizes at the Brainerd Lakes Chamber Administrative Office.
 



Become an Exhibitor

We invite all Chamber Members to showcase their business or organization at the Holiday Extravaganza! This event is the perfect opportunity to promote yourself in a social and festive holiday setting. All booths include a 6 foot skirted table, 2 chairs, 2 attendee tickets, and access to electricity. Exhibitors are required to provide a $75-$100 value prize for the raffle drawings and an appetizer or dessert to be served at your booth. Appetizers are available for purchase with your booth (include serving dishes and utensils).

Business Booth- $400 (51 available)

  • Additional Business Booth- $350
  • Booths located in the main room (booths 1-51)
  • Booth includes a 6 ft skirted table, 2 chairs, 2 attendee tickets and access to electricity
    • Exhibitor needs to provide their own extension cord
  • Required to serve an appetizer or dessert purchased from Madden's Resort at your booth
    • Madden's Resort appetizer menu available to view (click here
    • Purchase items on the exhibitor registration link
    • The only businesses who are allowed to bring in food/beverages to be served are those who sell  those items (ie: restaurants, grocery stores/deli, liquor store, wholesale)
  • Required to provide a $75-$100 value prize for the silent raffle
    • Display your business name tagged prize at your table
    • Chamber will provide a receptacle at your table for attendees to place their ticket in for a chance to win your prize! (Winning tickets will be drawn on Wednesday, December 11)
  • Booth and appetizer fees must be paid in full by December 6, otherwise you will not be allowed to participate in the event

Non Profit Booth- $300 (10 available)

  • Booth located in the foyer (booths 52-61)
  • Booth includes a 6ft skirted table, 2 chairs, 2 attendee tickets and access to electricity
    • Exhibitor needs to provide their own extension cord
  • Required to serve an appetizeror dessert purchased from Madden's Resort at your booth
    • Madden's Resort appetizer menu available to view (click here)
