Join Members Cooperative Credit Union as they host Business After Hours on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 from 4:30 - 6:00 pm at their location in Baxter. Pit Happens will be serving a delicious assortment of appetizers accompanied with complimentary beer and wine. 

In the spring of 1936, a group of eight people from the Cloquet area envisioned a better way of getting the financial services they and their community needed. They became the charter members of Cloquet Co-op Credit Union. In the decades that followed, MCCU grew, expanding into Duluth, McGregor and Aitkin. In 2015, they merged with Lake State Credit Union. In 2017, they merged with Lakes Area Federal Credit Union. In February 2018, they expanded into the Brainerd Lakes Area opening a branch in Baxter. From eight to forty-eight thousand. A few good people can empower generations.

All Chamber members will have a chance to win Members Cooperative Credit Union's Grand Prize of Apple AirPods (must be present to win)! Additional door prizes provided by Members Cooperative Credit Union will be "Only in Minnesota" wine and cribbage baskets. 

Everyone is invited to learn more about the Chamber and gain exposure for their business by attending this free event. Business After Hours attendees pass the microphone and introduce themselves to the group, so bring your business cards and get ready to network. Attendees are also encouraged to bring door prizes.
