Get ready to Jingle & Mingle your way into the holiday spirit at the Business After Hours Holiday Extravaganza! Together with our Major Sponsor,TBD, we invite you to join 50+ local businesses and organizations for an evening of networking and holiday cheer! Chamber members, showcase your brand by signing up as an exhibitor, or everyone is welcome to attend for just $15. Whether you're reconnecting with familiar faces or making brand-new connections, this event is the perfect way to kick off the season in style.

Boost your brand at the Business After Hours Holiday Extravaganza! This signature event draws more than 400 guests and gives you the opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, build brand awareness, and spread some holiday cheer in a lively, community-focused atmosphere.


Business Booth: $450 
Non-Profit Booth: $350 

All Exhibitor Booths Include: 

  • One 6-foot or 8-foot (your choice) skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 2 attendee tickets
  • Access to electricity

Booth Details: 

  • Additional Business Booths cost $400
  • Exhibitors must provide their own extension cords and everything needed to promote your business
  • Booth fee must be paid in full by November 30, otherwise you will not be to participate

Silent Raffle Participation & Prizes

  • Each exhibitor is required to contribute one raffle prize valued at $75–$100,
  • Your prize will be displayed at your booth and featured in our super popular silent raffle drawing!
  • The Chamber will provide a receptacle at your booth for attendees to place their ticket in for a chance to win your prize!
  • Winning tickets will be drawn on Monday, December 14
  • Booth fee must be paid in full by November 30, otherwise you will not be able to participate.

Serve Appetizers at Your Booth: $150 / 1

We’ve made offering food at the Holiday Extravaganza easier and more budget friendly. For just $150, exhibitors can have appetizers served right at their booth. Grand View Lodge will handle everything, including the food and service ware (outside food and drink is not permitted).

All booths that participate will serve a variety of appetizers, and additional food stations will be placed throughout the venue to enhance the guest experience and keep energy high. It’s a simple, impactful way to draw more attendees to your space and make a great impression!
