Summer Reading at Lowell
We’re back and
better than ever…
Lowell Summer Reading
All students and their families are welcome! Come to the front lawn of Lowell School every Wednesday of the summer for reading fun and treats!
Lowell summer reading begins at 10:00 a.m. with book exchange and a cool, refreshing summer treat. At 10:15, enjoy storytime from guest readers each week. Our reading theme is “Reading Takes You Everywhere!” We will travel the world through stories with a stop each week in a new place. Following storytime, students will have the opportunity to make a craft from the place we traveled to. Also, during this time, the library will be open for check-out from 10:00-noon. Spend time reading on the lawn with parents, teachers and friends! Stay one hour and at the end of the hour, get a stamp in your summer passport.
Every Wednesday - 10:00 a.m.
June 6th - August 22nd
**except July 4th**
Collect stamps in your passport, crafts from around the world, and bookmarks to match!!
*Please note that staff and volunteers are not able to supervise students.
