Ruttger's Country Store Renaming

In a ceremony at 3 p.m. on Saturday, June 1, at Ruttger’s Bay Lake Lodge, the Country Store will be renamed Ann’s Bay Lake Boutique after beloved third-generation owner Ann Ruttger.The ceremony will include the unveiling of the store’s new logo, a social hour with cake and ice cream, a few speeches, lots of friends, reminiscing and store sales on fine clothes, gifts and more.
The ceremony is free and open to the public.
For more than six decades, Ann Ruttger has been a leader at the resort and in the area’s resort industry. She played a particularly influential role in establishing and growing the retail stores. In addition to the store that will bear her name, Ruttger’s has four other stores – the Garage, Auntie M’s, the Lobby Shop and the Golf Shop at Jack’s 18 golf course.
