MN/Multi State Conceal and Carry Course

Description

This Multi-state carry training course is designed to meet/exceed the application training requirements of the following states allowing you to apply for a permit from any/all* of them. Minnesota (Permit to carry a Pistol) Wisconsin* (Concealed weapons permit) Florida (Concealed Weapon or Firearms License) New Hampshire (Concealed Carry Permit) * You must be a Wisconsin Resident to obtain a Wisconsin Concealed Weapons Permit. Wisconsin does not offer non-resident Concealed Weapons Permits. This course is designed using Minnesota Statutes and requirements. Other states laws and requirements may differ. This is NOT an entry level class. Basic handgun experience is required. Topics covered include: Handgun Basics Mental Preparation Shooting Fundamentals Use of Deadly Force Conflict Avoidance Basic Tactics Proficiency test We suggest that you bring your cased and unloaded handgun, along with 50 rounds or more of factory ammunition. You may rent a firearm for $15.00 but remember, you must be able to safely operate the firearm and have a working knowledge of its safety features. We strongly recommend renting the model before your course date to familiarize yourself with the firearm. The course is approximately 6 hours long. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be given a certificate of training. A copy of this certificate of training will be used to apply for each of the above states permits. Each state has different applications as well as application requirements and fees. This will be further discussed in the class. Class is approximately 6 hours. (Class times can vary on the number of students.) Student is responsible for providing their own ammunition. Student can bring their own, or purchase in store.
