MAPLE SYRUP MAKING EXPERIENCE

$60 PER ADULT; $25 PER CHILD (17 AND UNDER)

Includes Maple 101 class, maple tapping and sap collection, and a tour of Clayhill Farms to turn the sap into syrup. Includes a tasting. Each resort guest receives a bottle of Sweet Ann’s Small-Batch Maple Syrup

A SWEET WAY TO TAP OFF THE SEASON!

Learn the art of maple syrup making first-hand from local experts, then head outside to tap the sugar maple trees at Ruttger’s, collect the sap and process into syrup. Plus, you get to eat the fruits of your labor. The weekend includes spectacular maple-inspired feasts, and everyone will receive a limited-edition bottle of Sweet Ann’s Small-Batch Maple Syrup.

Weather determines when and if the maple sap flows. This weekend was selected because it historically is prime time for maple tapping in our region. In the event that sap is not flowing during this weekend, the program will be modified to exclude tapping and collection. The rest of the program will go on as scheduled. If 2020 is the rare spring when sap does not flow at all, we will contact you to cancel the event and fully refund you.
