Join Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center as they host Business After Hours on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from 4:30 – 6:00 pm at their location north of Crosslake. This is a must see venue that includes a retreat house, large event center, fireplace pavilion, and on-site catering by Maucieri's. Walk through the event space, grounds and guest house while enjoying appetizers and beverages provided by Maucierri's. Staff will be strategically located to answer any questions. 

Maucieri's will be serving:

• Stuffed Pork Loin (stuffed with red pepper and Italian sausage then topped with red gravy
• Hummus and Feta Cheese with veggies and home made pita chips
• Shrimp and Sweet Potato Salad
• Panzanella Salad
• Ceviche
• Antipasto Platter
• Smoked Salmon with capers, onion, mustard on rye squares
• Baked Brie with grapes and ginger snaps
• Mini Cannoli bar with assorted toppings and whip topping
• Homemade Italian Sausage Meatballs in gravy
• Pizzas in the wood fired oven
• Chuck Brisket Short Rib Sliders with Bacon Jam and Smoked Gouda

Desserts:

• Ice Cream Cake & Gluten Free Ice Cream Cake- served by Lakes Country Crafts and Cones
• Truffles and Cup Cakes (gluten free)- Mixed Company

Pine Peaks Retreat and Event Center is your complete four-season celebration destination. This serene wilderness sanctuary is removed from outside distractions and dedicated to the pleasurable activities for which it was so aptly designed.

Dave and Julie Peterson are excited to introduce the new owners, David and Priscilla Soos. David is the Corporate Director of Restaurants for the Morrissey Hospitality Group located in St. Paul. Properties they manage are The St. Paul Hotel, Hotel Minneapolis, St. Paul Grill, Pazzalumna, Tria Restaurant, Bar & Event Center, to name a few. Priscilla will be operating Pine Peaks Wedding and Event Center. 

Everyone is invited to learn more about the Chamber and gain exposure for their business by attending this free event. Business After Hours attendees pass the microphone and introduce themselves to the group, so bring your business cards and get ready to network. Attendees are also encouraged to bring door prizes.

PROGRESSIVE GRAND PRIZE DRAWING:
NEW for 2020 Business After Hours, names for our Host Grand Prize will be drawn from a tumbler filled with all of our current Chamber Members. If a representative of the business name drawn is present then he/she will be the recipient! If not, the prize will be drawn for at the next Business After Hours!  We will be drawing for 3 prizes since we didn't have a winner present from the last Business After Hours.  Prizes that we will be drawing for are: Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center's Coffee Basket (Rae Dunn Coffee Set: 2 ceramic mugs, 2 travel cups, cookie jar and French press). Select Therapy's 3 month membership to Takedown Gym ($144 value)! Office Shop's Grand Prize is an Ergonomic Chair ($300 value)! Everyone will have an opportunity to win 2 wine baskets (bottle of wine, glasses and a treat) provided by Pine Peaks Wedding & Event Center. Lakes Country Crafts & Cones is providing a gift certificate for a FREE Ice Cream Cake. Maucieri's is providing a Wine Basket (bottle of wine, 2 glasses and gift certificate).
